Houses in transport noise corridors may require a higher level of sound insulation for the building envelope.  Your house design is assessed for compliance with the Performance Requirements of MP4.4 of the Queensland Development Code.

The base price is for the following conditions:

• New construction
• One storey
• Up to 200 m²

Quotes for larger houses can be
provided upon inspection of plans.
